  Recently got the new note 8 from this location and I couldn't be happier. It was clear from my visit that the staff was knowledgeable and efficient, and I was able to walk out with a brand new phone with all my backed up data within 45 minutes. Highly recommend

  Terrible service, the multiple times I have been there, gave me additude and told me I didn't have access to my account in which I do. Had a screen protector installed there and it took the lady over an hour wile she chatted with a friend the whole time. Made multiple attempts to install the glass correctly and didn't. Then tells me at the end "I hope your not OCD" because the protector was All screwed up on the phone crook-ed . I was fed up after all the time I sat there and wasted and just bought another one and installed it myself.
