  Rude, insolent service. I went in to ask if we had to pay in advance as we have found the norm in the US whilst visiting. He kept yelling at me "do you want me to open the cap???" Told him that i DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT HE WAS SAYING. SO HE YELLED AT ME SOME MORE. Asked you if you needed to pay in advance AGAIN which led to a diatribe about how he had been in the US from Pakistan for one month and he knew more English than I did. (I am not French Canadian, I am ENGLISH Canadian!) When hubby came in to try and figure out what was going on the clerk told me off again and then yelled at my hubby for having a stupid wife for not knowing what "opening the cap" meant -- I still do not know WTF he is talking about. Told our hotel about this and they said they were not surprised as they get nothing but complaints about that station. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
