- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆August 29, 2020, by Anyhony CappelloCrossgates the Lady manager that was there is no longer in that store and the customer service at that store is at its worse I purchased a ring for my wife I paid over $7500 for it and the Diamond fell out and I keep getting lied to week after week after week I spent a lot of money at this store and I would never ever recommend anybody to go back I have called corporate and I just get the runaround from everybody beware
