  I love Home Depot. I checked online that the material I needed to buy was in stock. Website said 56 pieces, aisle 18, Bay three. I get there there is indeed material in Bay 3, but not the right size. I go to customer service desk, less than one minute later a helpful smiling face asks me how they can help me. They start to walk over to Lumber with me and hand me off to another smiling face, even bigger smile this time, who brings me to the lumber aisle says you're right that's not 6 inches wide. They find someone who works in Lumber he finds a whole pallet of material uses one of those big electric Fork trucks brings it to bay 3, helps me load it to my cart and in minutes I'm home and a very satisfied customer.
