  One manager and regular associate were present and only one register was open (even though the two they have are both fully functional), with a line of 10+ with not many items wrapped around the store. (This is a regular occurrence) The manager was busy chatting it up with a girl, while customers were complaining. The floors were also very filthy and the new shipments are just left in the middle of store. And I'm a very non complacent person, so this review should tell you something. This store either needs to get its act together or get a whole new staff. I've worked retail and this is pathetic.
