  Eighteen years ago, we went to Best Tile and purchased kitchen floor tile for our newly constructed home. The experience was terrific back then; it was even better this year when we renovated our 2 1/2 baths. The quality and selection of floor and wall tile as well as stone for our vanity tops and shelving is unparalleled. The showroom is beautiful and spacious. But more than anything, we were impressed by the knowledge, the kindness and the creativity of the staff. Best Tile sets a high bar for customer service that every local company should copy. We were blessed to work with Michaela Shipman, who has monitored our projects and provided necessary support all along the way. Michaela has exquisite taste, a charming personality and seemed to know what we were looking for before we could figure it out. She is a great ambassador for Best Tile and one of the many reasons we will be coming back to this company for all of our future renovation projects.
